www.strengthsfinder.com & www.strengthsquest.com - A remarkable strengths assessment designed just for adults and young people by the folks at the Gallup Organization.  This remarkable research is reported in Now, Discover Your Strengths (Marcus Buckingham & Donald Clifton, 2001, The Free Press).  You have to buy one of their books to get a code for one of the online surveys. Worth it.
